We don’t show you intelligence.
We hand you evidence.
Most maritime tools surface a signal and leave you to defend it. Peloryn does the opposite: every finding arrives sourced, timestamped, and explainable — assembled into a file built to support banking, insurance, or investigative review.
From a vessel name to a defensible file.
One spine runs under both products. You give it an identifier; it returns a decision with the evidence already attached.

Resolve the identity
A vessel can change its name, flag, or broadcast identifier overnight. Peloryn matches IMO, MMSI, name and alias and disambiguates — so a rename doesn’t slip a known vessel past the check.
Screen the official record
The vessel and its associated entities are checked against seven official sanctions authorities — including the EU Consolidated list and Annex XLII — with the list version recorded, hit or no hit.
Detect the behaviour
Sanctions lists lag reality. Behavioural detection surfaces the AIS gaps, ship-to-ship contact, reflagging and ownership opacity that often precede a listing — each indicator named.
Assemble the evidence
Every signal is bound to its source, its timestamp, and a confidence level, then resolved into a single decision — and stored as a record you can re-open and defend.
The thinking behind the file.
What we mean by evidence
Why a Peloryn finding is never a bare alert — and why official and behavioural evidence are treated differently.

LimitationsWhat Peloryn does not claim
Defensibility starts with honesty. The boundaries, stated plainly.
